WELCOME
Established in 1944, RLI is the only real estate
organization dedicated to serving real estate professionals who broker, lease,
sell, develop and manage land. It’s an organization of land professionals, by
land professionals, and for land professionals. Members who meet advanced
education and experiential requirements are awarded the Accredited Land
Consultant (ALC) designation, the mark of a land expert.

E. E. Bayliss Jr. Recives Emeritus Membership
March 4, 2009 - The RLI Board has notified VA RLI that E. E. Bayliss Jr. - better know as Double "E" - has been elevated to the title of Emeritus Member.
"E E" was born July 29, 1924 in Gainesville, Virginia. He has been a Realtor since 1956. In 1977 Mr. Bayliss was named Realtor of the Year for the entire state of Virginia and was chosen from among 15,000 other Realtors for his contributions to local, state, and national realty groups. Bayliss was also named Outstanding Farm and Land Realtor of the Year for recruiting more than 90 members for the Farm and Land Institute.
"E E" enjoys spending time with his 5 children, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He will turn 85 on July 29, 2009. Please wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
